Just something from a while back

A state of perpetual economic war, the pawns in which fritter away their lives living with the ambition that they too would someday, exploit others without any sense of empathy, so that they would be able shed their tears in a BMW and not on a bicycle.

 I'm a pawn. You're a pawn. The person crying in his Beemer is also a pawn. A rich pawn is a pawn. A poor pawn is a pawn.

 Ambition these days means choosing one kind of ideal pawn-state. Real Ambition, in my humble opinion, would mean striving to be a non-pawn.

Sanskaar Nagri, Dogla Raja

India is a Republic on paper. Indian people still function on an inner compass of Monarchy and serfdom. The sheer shamelessness with which people salivate at the thought of sucking up to higher-ups turns my stomach. Our protocol flows in a direction opposite to that of a Republic. So get down from your nationalistic perches of enforced naivety and accept this day as yet another day where servitude rules the roost. Jai Hind indeed. 26/01/2017
